Refund policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • In the same condition that you received it

    • With original tags, labels, or hygiene seals (if applicable)

  • Non-returnable items: Certain items such as innerwear, beauty products, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return due to hygiene/safety reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at theraginiboutique1+support@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and product images.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for return pickup or courier address to ship the item.

  3. Return shipping may be arranged by us or done by you depending on your location.

Refunds

  • Refund Mode: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit within 7 business days.

  • Partial Refunds may be granted for:

    • Items returned not in original condition

    • Items with missing parts not due to our error

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong product).
